Daryl Horton is the founder and CEO of EQfluence Group, a leadership development firm dedicated to helping leaders lead from the inside out. Over more than three decades, he has held senior leadership roles across the food and beverage, manufacturing, and operations sectors — including Pepsi-Cola, Conagra, Ardent Mills, Tyson Foods, Niagara Bottling, and Randall Foods, where he served as chief operating officer.
He lives in Southern California with his wife, Patrice, and their family, where faith, service, and lifelong growth continue to shape his work and calling.
