EQfluence Group, LLC ("EQfluence," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through eqfluencegroup.com, why we collect it, and how we use and protect it.
Information We Collect
We collect information you choose to give us — for example, when you fill out a contact form, book time through our Calendly scheduling link, submit a lead form through one of our LinkedIn ad campaigns, or subscribe to our email list. This typically includes your name, email address, and any message or details you provide. We do not knowingly collect sensitive information such as financial account numbers, government ID numbers, or health information through this site.
We also collect some information automatically when you visit — browser type, general location (inferred from IP address), pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. This comes from standard website analytics and, when you interact with our LinkedIn ads, from LinkedIn's own advertising tools (see "Cookies & Advertising" below).
How We Use This Information
We use it to respond to your inquiries and schedule conversations, send the email content you've asked to receive, understand which pages and content are useful to visitors, and measure whether our LinkedIn ad campaigns are reaching the right people. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Contact Forms & LinkedIn Lead Forms
When you submit our website contact form, the information goes directly to Daryl Horton. When you submit a LinkedIn lead form as part of one of our ad campaigns, LinkedIn shares the information you provided with EQfluence Group so we can follow up with you. That submission is also subject to LinkedIn's own privacy policy, since it happens on LinkedIn's platform.
Cookies & Advertising
This site uses standard website analytics (through Squarespace, our website platform) to understand visitor traffic. Because we run advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, we also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag on this site — a small piece of tracking code that lets us see how visitors from our LinkedIn ads use the site and show relevant ads to past visitors. When you book a conversation through our Calendly link, Calendly may also set its own cookies to support the scheduling process. You can control how LinkedIn uses this through your LinkedIn account settings and ad preferences, and opt out of interest-based advertising generally through the Digital Advertising Alliance or your browser's cookie settings.
Email Communications
If you subscribe to our email list, we use MailerLite, a third-party email service, to send and manage those emails. MailerLite processes your name and email address on our behalf. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share, relying in part on the security built into the platforms we use (Squarespace, MailerLite, Calendly, LinkedIn). No online system is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security, but we don't share your information beyond what's described here.
Service Providers
We work with a small number of outside companies to run this site and our communications:
- Squarespace (hosting and analytics)
- MailerLite (email delivery)
- Calendly (scheduling)
- LinkedIn (advertising and lead forms)
Each only receives the information necessary to perform its function.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep contact and lead information for as long as it's useful for the purpose you gave it to us — generally until you ask us to delete it, or until it's no longer relevant to an active conversation or your email subscription.

- Unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email
- Manage LinkedIn's ad tracking through your LinkedIn account settings

California Privacy Rights
EQfluence Group, LLC is a small consultancy and doesn't meet the revenue or data-volume thresholds that trigger the California Consumer Privacy Act's formal requirements. Even so, if you're a California resident and want to know what information we have about you, or want it corrected or deleted, email daryl@eqfluencegroup.com and we'll respond promptly.
Children's Privacy
This site is intended for a business audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as our tools or practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
